Review Time
I needed a battery for my Asus laptop which was out of warranty, so I looked for the best deal and found "asuslaptopbattery.co.uk". Thankfully they had a compatible battery and it was dispatched very quickly after a no-fuss ordering/payment system. My only concern was when I realised that they were using "Evri"to deliver, I almost cancelled and went elsewhere. Luckily, I stuck with them and am happy with my purchase, but I would strongly advise against using "Evri" as their methods and reputation are decidedly dodgy.
An APPALLING SERVICE given by the courier company"EVRI" and Asuslaptopbattery. If you are looking to improve your customer service, look at ALL the emails I have sent to your Michelle Turner in customer service, which if you do see all the emails they will show what an appalling service received.
Really poor customer service. Battery arrived on time but I realised it was not the right one, I am not sure if I selected incorrectly the model so won't blame them for that, but return was a nightmare. I asked to return it immediately and received a response after 2 days asking for 30 WORKING days to organise return and no need of RMA.....Went back to the website and of course in their return policy they specifies that RMA is required with 7 days, wrote back and finally after 5 days I got a return address. I sent back immediately and it was delivered within 2 days. After 14 days still no refund so I opened a claim on PayPal and they offered a partial refund if 90% of the price which shows that they were just buying time to avoid refund. 10% fee was on their small print so I accepted but still really poor customer service, managed from China with very slow response time. I can't comment on the quality of the battery but never again from this website or similar Chinese crap, always stick wherever possible to Amazon or eBay and definitely never pay directly without using PayPal. If it wasn't for PayPal they would have kept dragging their feet
It’s been 15 days since I ordered battery which was supposed to be 3-5 days I’m still waiting and this is not a UK company it’s in China don’t make the same mistake as me search on trust pilot or others they are misleading the public with there advertisements beware everyone 🤬🤬🤬
