Really good and helpful. You can even learn about money and all the other things. But I did like it when you finished answering a question correctly and it used to send funnny vids but now you only get one at the end 😭♥️
GoHenry just ordered a card without me or my dad ordering a new which now means that I can’t spend any money because the card has been blocked until the new one arrives which is ridiculous because the new card is going to take over a week to arrive. Overall I’m disappointed in how GoHenry operates and would not recommend unless you want your card blocked for ten days for no reason
My kid card subscribed unnecessarily service plan. I raised the dispute case as those have no authorisation from me, but the card centre does not show helpful. The card has no control to the kid
The service frequently fails to operate correctly while still charging me. I've been billed for transactions that were marked as 'failed.' Additionally, I haven't been able to locate any clear support contact, despite having used the service for a year.
Simple to send links for family and friends to send money. Great for kids to earn and watch their money grow. Adults can easily manage spending limits. It's nice for children to feel grown-up while using the card. Very user-friendly.
This app is convenient for transferring money to my daughter's account, but I dislike that I only receive one free deposit each month. After that, I have to pay an additional fee for any further deposits within the same month. There's an option for a higher subscription that waives this fee, but it costs more each month, effectively leaving me paying the same amount. Aside from this issue, I haven't faced any problems using the card, and my daughter has her account details saved on her phone, making transactions easier.
We anticipated this service would be an excellent initial bank card option, but it has proven to be quite unsatisfactory for several reasons. - A transfer was made that left one account but never arrived in mine. - The website offers almost no useful information. I really hoped for a better experience.
