I explained the issues w/my 4K Pro 3-14x and was immediately offered an illuminator upgrade at no cost. It arrived in short order and although I was skeptical, it completely solved the problem.

Kelly Prince did a great job trying to resolve the issue over the phone. Unfortunately the scope needed to be returned for a fix or replacement, but she provided the RMA and shipping label at the time of the phone call.
