Very disappointed

I haven't received all of my orders and have been waiting since before Christmas. They don’t respond to emails or calls and keep sending automated messages about being closed for the holiday, even though that’s over. Customer service is lacking. I requested a refund but have received no reply. If they are based in Texas, why is it taking so long to receive my items?

Delivery time is unreliable

You can't depend on their delivery time. They stated it would take a week, but I’ve now been waiting a month for my package. They don’t provide updates on your order status—you must reach out to them for any information. Poor service.

Fraud

Fraud. This company is out to sell you stuff that is mis sized and misrepresented. And then last minute you can’t return. Suddenly once stuff is shipped you have to get a store credit - stuck with a small that is an XXXL; a “leather” that is plastic and a million emails asking for a review - here is my review STaY away!
