Don’t buy from this “brand”

Customer service is nonexistent and the clothes are not the quality promised. You can no return and get your money back unless you pay with credit and have to work through a dispute after returning. Buys there clothes as needed from other parts of the world to sell for a crazy mark up.

DO NOT ORDERI spent $200 on items for Black Friday as part of a Christmas present for my partner. One item arrived the day before Christmas, the other arrived after, and one hasn’t even shipped in over a month. The 2 items that did arrive are utter garbage, worse than SHEIN quality. They’re ordering items directly from AliExpress so everything ships separately and takes forever to arrive. Their website says 4-10 days to ship to the US which is a LIE. Another way they’re completely scamming customers is they now have a policy where you can no longer get a refund, only store credit. They do not make this clear at purchase, you’ll only see it when you dig into their refund policy. They were not responding to emails so I took to commenting on their instagram and they blocked me. Email communication has been slow and unhelpful, I won’t be able to get my money back. This website is run by awful people trying to make a buck, don’t give them any money.

Worst online shopping experience

Worst online shopping experience. Took, 1 month to get 1 products and the other did not even make it after 2.5 months. The product that arrived was false advertising. Shoe in the picture on the website was the original and the shoe sent was of temu type quality. They refused to give my money back. Do not buy from them.

Not received my item yet

Not received my item yet. Initial response on 21/5/25 said order received and 7-10 days to deliver. It's now 14 days and the tracking indicates its no where near delivery. Very disappointing.Update: it eventually arrived. But the quality (given the price) is very poor. Lightweight and plastic. A bit tacky in fact.

SCAM - not real website/company

This is not a legitimate website or company. They take your money, but do not post the items purchased, and they use delay tactics when you email them like claiming they have a backlog in warehouse. They don't even send confirmation emails after purchasing. It has been many, many weeks since I purchased and they have stopped responding to me. I now realise it is a scam (they have fake reviews on here) and I have had to proceed with a fraud chargeback on my card.

Extremly low quality

Extremly low quality, wrong size delivered, wrong material. Cotton does not crackle when you move it. Intentionally complicated return process at your own expense.//EDIT: Now they're claiming it's a cotton blend altough it was marked as 100% cotton.
