Review Time
I ordered a belt nearly 2 weeks ago. Followed up 3 days later since I hadn’t yet received tracking. Was told they were trying to locate what I’d ordered (what?!) to ship it. Had the same back & forth for several more days, always with the same lame excuse, and no actual update, “I put an urgent request in to locate your belt”, etc., etc. 3 days ago I see my CC was actually charged, yet this company has no idea if they can even produce the item to ship to me, nor can they find it at another warehouse. I have asked now, several times, for a cancellation and refund, which I STILL have yet to see. I filed for a charge back now. And, the belt not only shows it’s “available” for purchase on the site, but they raised the price, crossed it out, and show a “lower” price in red.These guys are incredibly dumb con artists. Do not waste your time with them. Period.EDIT; 5/28: I would upload screenshots of the bait-n-switch pricing, and of their site, as of 3 minutes ago, showing the very same color/size belt is STILL being sold on the site... but there is no "upload" button with Trustpilot. I stand 1000% by my review and hope no one else chooses to spend money at Attere, or Attirehaus, or whatever name they go by. Why could anyone trust a company with an employee signing his emails with the name "Chill"?They did finally refund me, but only after stalling and wasting so much of my time trying to convince me they were going to locate and ship what I’d paid for. Does not fix their lying and sketchy business practices.
Purchased shoes which had issues delivering. I purchased shipping insurance so they said they would redispatch. Four months later I have never received them, so have asked for a refund. Now they've stopped responding. Complete scam.
They shipped me a completely different item than I wanted and made ME pay for the shipping back to them. They said they will send the proper product but when I asked for a refund instead they just completely dodged my question. $50 down the drain. I’ve had mistakes happen with other brands before, but an authentic brand usually refunds you or sends you the proper item at no charge and lets you keep the mistake item.
Ordered the “peak trail boot low” and found them on AliExpress for $40 and I paid $150. I asked for a refund and they offered a 30% refund lol. Scam company. Do not buyReply to comment below - I bought for $150 AUD, I searched for the exact photos provided on your website and found them on AliExpress.
We are very disappointed, we ordered a jacket on January 28th, the jacket has not been sent yet, the Attere company is completely unresponsive to our inquiries, we do not know if we will receive our order at all, the order has been paid in full. We did not expect that such a company could deceive customers and completely ignore them.
