The representative made numerous commitments that were not honored. He displayed his personal items and pressured us to sign, stating, "Just inform me within 3 days if you wish to cancel." This was the sole reason for our agreement. I reached out on the first business day to request a hold, but he proceeded regardless. Deceptive practices abound.
Attxy are liars.In Their responses to reviews about customers they state they are sorry about customers experiences with their company and to email them about their experiences,They never responded and never refunded me for my damages that their company created in my home because they didn't drain out the seven radiators that flooded my home. They never even came out to stop the flooding that lasted 23 days or look at all my damages.This company should be sued and no longer to do any kind of business.I was hurt and disgusted the way they caused damages to my home and the liars they keep writing on Trustpilot that they are very sorry about customers experiences and to contact them for assistance.This company is bad news, never do any type of Business with them, they have incompetent workers especially about draining out water from radiators after boiler are disconnected to install solar panels.Beware of the danger and trap you may get into if you choose to do business with them.
Over a year ago, we agreed to have solar panels put on the house. They made promises about tax incentives and other write offs .... I am not even concerned about that. What I will tell you is they sent an electrician to hook up the solar panels to our house. He piddled around for about an entire 8 hrs and at the end of the day, he told us we didn't have all the parts we were supposed to have and that he would have to put in an order to send out replacements. He told us he would be back in 3 days. Three days later and he was a no call no show. We tried reaching out to him, ATTYX - he was supposed to work on Friday. All weekend long we heard nothing from anyone. Finally on Monday, someone from ATTYX called and said they could not reach that electrician and they would have to schedule another. Later that day, they City informed us that the proper permits had not been filed with them. This was supposed to have been done by ATTYX. We jumped through several hoops and were able to get this part done on our own. TWO Months after the electrician flaked and panels still had not been connected, ENFIN started their campaign of harassment for wanting to be paid. I told them I am not paying a DIME until the job is finished. (They call about 4 times a day, every day, including Sundays. They change their number and try calling from a local number .... it's almost mind-numbing). Also, bear in mind, I am STILL paying for my actual ELECTRIC bill - and I explained to both ATTYX and ENFIN BEFORE the contract was signed that I cannot pay BOTH an Electric AND a Solar bill and they assured me I would not have to - not even close. 10 months later (So we are talking about a YEAR after the panels were put up) - An Electrican contracted through SOLAR COWBOY out of Dallas, Texas was supposed to get us CONNECTED at long last. He came out and said nothing had been run or touched. There weren't even lines running from the panels to the boxes. The first electrician just got an 8 hr paycheck for nothing? He said his notes told him he was just connecting us to the panels and that it should only take him a few hours, but since that was not the case he was going to need ATTYX to schedule him a WHOLE day to actually do the work and that there were parts missing that needed to be ordered.2 weeks later - he finally returned. We thought FINALLY, a little over a year later, this was going to happen. He shut down the power to our house, worked on it a full day, and at the end of the day, he told us that he "got bit" by one of our lines and because we had older wiring and something was backfeeding from somewhere, he could not complete the job because it was a danger to him - so he referred us to contact a REAL ELECTRICIAN ..... ???? So, he left and only HALF of our house had electricity. We finally got a REAL ELECTRICIAN out and they said SOLAR COWBOY really screwed the goat on this one because of the work he "completed", he didn't label anything. What was wired didn't make sense. They said what SOLAR COWBOY attached to our roof from the pole is not code compliant. They referred us back to ATTYX because they said for them to undo what SOLAR COWBOY did would cost us a LOT and ATTYX needs to make this right. So, for WEEKS, I had extension cords crisscrossing my house. I had NO CENTRAL AC. We called another friend who was an oilfield electrician who helped us tone out our wires and figure out what went where and now we are 90% back to where we need to be, including AC .... and then ONCOR came a knocking.ONCOR is our local electric Delivery service - they maintain the lines. I guess one of their people saw the "not within code attachment" on the roof which prompted them to send out an inspector. The inspector came our and looked at our meter box and we got a nasty letter in the mail saying WE are on notice for tampering with our meter box. We told them the story and have proof of the shenanigans we have endured for FOURTEEN months now.ATTYX has stopped returning our calls about a month ago. SO, any other citizens or attorneys who would like to start a class action law suit?
I went for the total roof replacement and solar. The crews that came out were friendly, and courtious. They worked with me and my schedule. The original person I talked to, Janea Hill ASSURED ME my payment would be in the neighborhood of $200 as long as incentives were used towards financing which I am fine with. And my 1st incentive check from ATTYX would be in my hand 2 weeks after system is activated. It now been 2 months and I still have NOT recieved my check. And everytime I call Im told a different story. The first time it was the approval sitting on supervisor's desk. 2 weeks ago it was their financial division has changed who they do business with. Today its the Finance Division is awaiting approval. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told there is no supervisor who can help me. The Finance company EFIN has now shut off my system because I struggle with $400 payment along with a house payment, car payment and other bills. They got 2 stars for the work crews. If I could give a -5 star for customer service then I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I thought I did my research well but I obviously did not.
Beware of this company if you cancel your contract beyond the three day grace period you will be hit with a $7500 bill for cancellation and if you do not pay for it within a period of time, they threatened me that they will send it to collection agency… I’m 74 years old and I feel like I have been taking advantage upon. I talked to the representative at Attyx and he was rushing me to sign up the first day I talk to him and I said I needed it at least 24 hours to think about it and he said what’s there to think about well I did sign a contract 24 hours later and was promised a monthly payment of $491 but as I looked at the contract which I was rushed to sign and not have any time to really read through it. I found that there was a substantial increase in payments, as the years progressed but was never told about it. I asked him why was a penalty $ 7500 and he said that all the plans were all made using an engineer to design the roofing…. But I’m very suspicious about it because there was no loan that was even approved to support this big project why would a company start hiring out designers when I’m not even approved so if I’m not really approved for a loan there shouldn’t have been any work done so why are they charging me so much money for canceling $7500 is absolutely Ludacris … especially for a senior citizen which I think that they’re trying to take advantage upon ..
So about three months ago, I had a representative from the attyx company mr. Sam MITCHELL come to my house and get me a price for solar. I was inquiring about solar due to me needing a new roof on my home and they stated they will replace my old roof free of charge. They promised me a $5000 bonus to sign up , a new electrical panel in my garage, and a brand new roof to put their solar panels on. They also stated I would pay a fixed rate of $95 a month for the next 20 years due to me owning the panels. I asked many many questions. They assured me and laughed at me that they’ve been in business 16 Years. There is nothing to worry about and there is no scheme here so they sent people with drones to look at my roof, they sent people on my roof to check it out. They all said yes the roof needs to be replaced one very soon. So two workers came and said they need to do minor repairs on my roof as they aren’t replacing the roof he said no it’s not in your budget for the plan that I was getting. I tried to contact my sales rep several times. No answer. I was referred to his supervisor Logan Christiansen to no avail. He also stopped answering my calls. they all stated is your roof needs to be replaced but in order to do that I would have to pay either $11,000 or not sign up with them. I then sent a drone of my own on the roof to look at what they did they left my roof patched up and taught everywhere 10 times worse as it was before. Just please learn from my mistakes do not sign up with this attyx company. Please learn for my mistakes. They will send salesman to your house promise you the world and take advantage of your lack of knowledge so now I have a messed up roof, no solar panels and they refuse to answer my calls if you can, please advise on what next steps I should take before taking legal action.
This is a team of professionals. They came to work promptly as scheduled and went straight to work. Their work progressed steadily from setting up equipment to picking up roof items to a standing refuse truck packed downstairs in front of the garage.I wholeheartedly recommend them to any homeowner who needs roof repairs or replacement.
