After a poor service from a local estate agent we searched for other options to sell our property. We are glad we found Auction House who sold our property. What can we say about Dan at Auction House other than he’s an absolute LEGEND!The customer service level went off the chart as he bobbed and weaved his way through what turned out to be possibly his most challenging sale. His positive attitude was infectious. Chris made auctioning our house as easy as possible. We hadn’t done this before, and he guided us through the whole process gently and clearly. He was very efficient, for example, he measured up and took photos on his first visit, so we didn’t need to go back to the house again. The price we achieved was exactly what we’d hoped for, and the sale went through without a hitch. We were kept updated throughout. I would happily recommend Chris and Auction House to anyone considering selling this way.
