This is the second time I’ve sold property through Dan at Auction house. Both times Dan’s local knowledge & network has been paramount in getting a great result for us. This residential property sold with a pre auction offer at our reserve price which was, the whole process was straight forward & well managed by Dan with him going the extra mile for us with great levels of communication, always getting back to us quickly. I would definitely use Auction house again.
When we struggled to sell my late Dad's house through the traditional methods, I was recommended to try Auction House but was uncertain and apprehensive. I felt it important to write a review for other people like me to learn from what I experienced. I used Auction House in West Yorkshire and from my first call to after the sale they have been absolutely first class. Dan Andrews gave wonderful advice and guidance, but still let me make my own decisions, I never felt any pressure. I always felt fully informed and once the ball was rolling I became very confident that the team would sell it at the best price that they could - which I feel they did! Dan has a well organised helpful team (Rebecca was great) who kept me fully informed on what was happening, including weekly calls and viewing updates. It is a well oiled machine they run.If you are unsure about selling your property via auction - as I was - then I would fully recommend Auction House to do a wonderfully thorough job and get the property sold with lots of advice and guidance along the way to help with your decisions.Many thanks to a very impressive team with very good processes and communication skills.
I had no knowledge of the auction world but on my first contact with the Valuer the message I received was that Auction House had the right attitude to dealing with customers. He explained to me what I should expect from him and what is expected of me in order to give me an idea as to whether I wanted to go forward. During the whole time and until auction day and after, all procedures to be ventured were explained and he made sure that I understood everything, so that the decision was fully mine and not his. There were times I would either forget what I had been told or I did not fully understand; but nevertheless, he was always patient,helpful and respectful. I fully trusted the Valuer from the beginning. He is a gold star which can only reflect that of Auction House. I would definitely recommend Auction House to anyone.
Simon and his team really looked after me and made sure I understood the process clearly. Very quick and efficient responses, constantly chasing solicitors when needed and coming up with solutions to complex problems and I really felt they had my best interests in mind throughout the whole process.
