I found the staff really helpful, they listened to what I needed, questioned what equipment I had, what I was wanting and guided me without that feeling of being pressured to buy from them, to buy above my budget &/or the most expensive equipment. Thank you!
You won’t get this sort of service at Amazon! The gentleman who helped me audition a new streamer couldn’t have been more helpful. Set up the system for me to try with headphones and gave me as much time as I needed. All this without booking a listening room beforehand. Don’t let stores like this disappear just for the convenience of home delivery. These guys know their stuff and their advice is invaluable. Thanks again to the fella that helped me much appreciated.
