Review Time
I get weekly offers for shopping at Canadian Superstores; however, for the past 2 months when I've selected offers and arrive at the cash register; there is no record of my offers at the store level. I end up returning all the products. In addition to wasting my time, I end up leaving the store angry & frustrated. Complaints to Customer Service don't improve the services advertised. I am a PC Financial World Elite MasterCard holder and am considering closing my account and stop doing business with Loblaws and it's affiliates. Safeway provides honest good service & pricing.
I recently updated my card and reached out to the customer support team to transfer my points. I waited over 20 minutes to connect, then another 20 minutes to explain my situation. Ultimately, they informed me that I needed to make a purchase to update my card. After doing so, I called back a few hours later. After another 20 minutes on hold, the representative asked me all the same questions again and then claimed my new card was invalid. I requested to speak with a manager, but she asked me to leave my number for a callback within two days. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. I'm unsure if they prioritize their reputation and customer respect.
extremely poor customer service. it seems there is a glitch in my account that prevents me from receiving points for purchases made with my linked phone number. I have tried explaining the issue multiple times, but I keep receiving the same response, claiming I haven't used my card or phone number. I'm unsure if I was communicating with an automated system or a person, but if it was a person, they definitely need further training. I still don't receive any points and have stopped using the service.

I waited over 30 minutes for an agent, only to be transferred and wait over an hour without any help. This was an incredibly frustrating experience, and I ended up buying my beauty products without earning any points. The customer service was the worst I've ever encountered. I stood in the store for over an hour and received no assistance. I cannot recommend this app to anyone.
I encountered issues with a game meant to earn points, unable to access it via my phone. After multiple attempts, I called for support and waited over 30 minutes, then over an hour after being transferred without any assistance. This was an extremely frustrating experience, and I had to buy items without earning points. I cannot recommend this app.
If I could rate this a zero, I would. I download offers weekly and scan the app, but if points don’t show up, there’s no effective help. The virtual assistant is ineffective, and I can no longer scan receipts to add points. The app is frustratingly slow in accumulating points, and it feels like I need to spend more money to earn them amidst already high prices.
This program seems biased against seniors and those who shop frugally. Many offers require large purchases to earn points, which is unreasonable. For example, an offer of 'spend $200 to earn 20,000 points' is absurd. Most offers are for junk food, and essential items don’t earn points. I've spent over $70 this week without earning any points, making it hard to justify shopping here.
