Exactly what we had warned them about: The case officer found no link between my Bachelor in Education and the MBA they enrolled me in. A simple, avoidable mistake. Instead of owning up to this, we were encouraged to pay additional fees to escalate the case for a Federal review. At this juncture, it became evident that their priority was not our future but rather extracting more fees. I am sharing this to help other families avoid our experience. If any agent claims they can “secure a student visa after your temporary visa expires,” please be cautious and scrutinize their advice closely.
