Most dangerous in-car experience we've ever encountered. At one point our driver was driving 160km per hour in an 80km zone. He complained the whole time that he had another ride to do, but even after we showed him clearly that we would still arrive with more than enough time, he drove like to total maniac.
I filed my review to the company that I was contemplating calling the police, and we received no response.
Terrible experience - terrible driver - not worth the risk - they should have their taxi licences removed.
We arranged a transfer from a location to the airport for a group of 16 people. We nearly missed our flight because the drivers failed to show up. Two buses were supposed to arrive, but they acted as if they had completely forgotten us. How can such a large company operate like this? The positive reviews on their site seem fabricated. If you look elsewhere, you will find that this is not an isolated incident. Their service is terrible, and the staff was very rude and unhelpful. I will never use them again.
