I tried to cancel my order 10 minutes after I saw that a product was somehow added to my cart . No one answers the phone and no one gets back to you . After receiving the product yesterday , I tried to return without opening and was tolfd thye don't allpw retirns on a discounted ( on special) and it says so on website. I don't know where it says that as I can't find it b ut in any case oneshould be able to cancel an order made witrhin 10 minutes
