Absolutely terrible experience — avoid at all costs!I don’t usually write reviews, but this company deserves a warning sign in big red letters. The delivery quality is absolutely awful — unprofessional, sloppy, and borderline insulting. Items arrived late, damaged, and with zero care or communication.In the beginning, they talk sweet, act all friendly, and confidently promise a “100% satisfaction guarantee” with a refund if you’re not happy. Don’t fall for it — it’s a complete joke. Once they have your money, good luck ever hearing from them again, let alone getting a refund. It’s a scam disguised as customer service.People need to stay away from this business. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money — go anywhere else.
So I contacted this company for the basic Amazon Kindle book publishing service, but ended up buying a full package. The bundle included everything from editing, proofreading, formatting, book cover, publishing, and of course, print-on-demand and paperback distribution services in local libraries and schools.
