I have trusted Autoglym products for a long time andAlways bought from Halfords. My local branch closed down and when my stock was running low I tried buying online direct from Autoglym. Ordered beforemid day and delivered next day. Simples!
My order was just thrown in a flimsy, second hand box and arrived with the box torn and the item duffed in. Autoglym tried to blame this on the courier saying they must have damaged the parcel and re-packed it, but why would they have used an old box saying Microfibre cloths? Autoglym claim that they package everything in white boxes. Not this time. I've been given a refund by a helpful customer service assistant, but won't bother with Autoglym's products again.
I've always found that these products just work the best I previously bought maguires which isn't a bad product either but since I switched to autoglym stuff I just found better results faster results and a highly detailed cars finish that stayed clean for much longer depending on the method of application and systematically applied as much as you believe they need but better equipment definitely gets better finishes
