Awful parking service. If you need to use their facilities, be sure to obtain and keep receipts for an extended period (if their machines provide one), and take photos as proof of payment. Frequently, the payment machines assert they haven’t recorded your vehicle upon entry, requesting your entry time and registration number before processing your payment. This is soon followed by a £100 fine for non-payment, despite having the photos they claim not to possess. Clearly, the system fails to link the registrations correctly. During appeals, they ignore any submitted evidence and impose charges anyway. There are no contact numbers or anyone available to assist. I've encountered this issue twice recently, even with proof of payment, and others have experienced similar situations.
It’s disappointing that there’s no one to talk to when an issue arises. Penalty notices take a long time to be issued, and there’s no contact number for assistance. By the time you get the notice, you might have already received several others. If it were possible to speak with someone, resolutions could happen much faster.

The service is extremely lacking. I received a parking fine claiming I used an EV bay, which I did not. They failed to provide proof of this. I paid the fine but wanted to inquire about it, yet I found no contact options available. It’s frustrating how they treat people.
Avoid using this service. Expect to wait a long time for a representative, who appears unprofessional. Communication is virtually non-existent, and when the vehicle is returned, it may be damaged. Complaints go unanswered. Honestly, you’d be better off parking elsewhere.
I parked at a hospital and received two penalty notices for charges that I can prove are incorrect. My complaint is that this public service does not provide an email for disputing charges. The information available online is misleading and unhelpful, which should be legally required to improve.
This service is utterly ridiculous. I received a parking charge for non-payment despite providing a bank statement and receipt. They then requested further proof, which I provided, only to receive a dismissive letter claiming the charge was canceled. Their response feels extremely insulting given that I followed all the rules.
Dad recieved a fine as a BB holder. Apparently had parked on double yellow lines! Ground completely covered with leaves so not visible. This is clear from the photo they sent with the fine, as was the BB displayed on the dash. Has been appealed and another reminder sent. Having a seriously ill wife has added to the stress already being faced. Thieving gits 😡
This service operates in an illegal manner. They issue penalties without clear evidence and dismiss appeals unjustly. I received a charge despite having a valid parking ticket. This practice seems designed to profit from those who don’t challenge these unfair charges.
