Although the four hour waiting time was excessive, the service offered by Beth was second to none, she kept me fully updated on the actions of the recovery company and followed through for feedback in a timely manner. This made an otherwise long day bearable.
Off to a Quiz Night at a village pub with two mates. Negotiating dark narrow street..'POP!'..burst tyre. 7pm. Drama! Called Autohome. Call answered with 2 mins by the lovely Megan. Agreed to leave car overnight. Megan called back to confirm recovery vehicle booked for 9am this morning. The guys were by my car when I arrived at 9am. Arrived at Tanvic Tyres in L'boro by 9.30 ( new tyre prebooked). Collecting car at 3pm today. 10/10 to Autohome, recovery guys and Tanvic.I will be recommending Autohome to any friends looking to renew their breakdown recovery policy. THANK YOU Megan.
