Received a larger vehicle than anticipated, leading to dissatisfaction.

We were provided with a larger vehicle than what we had booked. Instead of a compact car, we received a larger SUV. A smaller vehicle would have been more suitable for driving in certain areas, but we were told no smaller automatic cars were available, even though we booked during the off-season. While the car was modern and comfortable, the handling of new scratches upon return was frustrating and led to additional charges that seemed unreasonable. Overall, while the vehicle quality and pickup were satisfactory, the management of damage and pricing left much to be desired. I recommend getting full insurance if renting from here.

Locating the service at the airport was tricky.

Finding the service at the airport was a bit challenging - the contract indicated it was inside the terminal, which was not accurate. It took me 30 minutes to locate it while carrying heavy luggage. The car was acceptable but had some minor service issues (oil change overdue, tire pressure needed checking, which made finding a gas station difficult) and the wipers were quite bothersome.
