I booked a box pick up and drop off service. (Captain Ali Haider) No one collected the package from me and the app showed collected and delivered. When I called customer service (Mehwish) they lied about the order being complete, could not provide me any pictures to prove they collected the package and kept lying more by saying we called and no one answered at the drop off point, so the Captain brought the package back to the pick up location!! Absolute cheaters. My building has security at the reception they have an entry exit log! Charged me 40 Dhs for nothing and not ready to accept their disastrous service standards. I had this conversation while holding the package and customer service confirmed package is dropped!! Jokers! Didn't even want to select one star. Beware!
U order food.... And wait and wait... After 1 hour they call you to say sorry your order had been canceled because the delivery guy didn't pick up the order. My advice, order only with deliveroo.. Skip careem guys
They placed a 100 JD hold on my card and claimed it would be released in 3 weeks, despite the ride costing only 3 JD! This is unacceptable! The customer service is terrible, and it's very challenging to reach them. It's advisable to choose any other rideshare or food delivery service.
I cannot recommend this food delivery service, as my experience was quite poor. Be cautious with unfamiliar restaurants, as they only offer refunds up to 12 Dhs. It's not worth your money. They include any restaurant, even those that may not be legitimate.
I am extremely disappointed with the incompetence shown by the company. My international transfer of AED 4,600 is still missing, and every complaint is closed without resolution. They provide conflicting UTR numbers, making it impossible for my bank to trace the funds. Their lack of urgency and accountability is unacceptable. If you value your money, reconsider using this service, as their support is uninformed and their attitude is disappointing.
