Great Products & Support

Products are great — no surprise there, which is why I ordered from Autonomous in the first place. Support, however, wasn't a guarantee, but they've delivered a very high level of service.Had an issue with a product that I ordered from a third-party vendor through their site. They quickly looped in the appropriate team at their vendor/partner and we're very swiftly on our way to a resolution.And then on the user error side... One specific component that I had overlooked in the box and couldn't find. Chat support had a video of where the part was packaged in the box in <10 minutes.Special thanks to Ashley from Autonomous' support team — greatly appreciate your help!

After 3 years I can't recommend

After 3 years using it and 2 replacement part I wouldn't recommend Autonomous ErgoChair Pro. While the support was really reactive which I appreciate, the quality of the chair feels very poor. After 3 years the seat is already hard and I cannot seat more than 3h without having butt pain.I'm very sad to have spent 400 euros on it and it doesn't work more than 3 years.

Good product, great support

Ordering was easy and the desk has been great for the last few years. My desk controller freaked out because the cables must have come loose and Ashley in the support chat had me up and running in literal minutes. The longest part of the whole chat was waiting for my knees to let me back up from under my desk
