The very professional and friendly representative made the changes swiftly and produced another prototype by the next day. It was perfect. They proceeded to complete the rest of my order, and I received the final products very quickly. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were incredibly helpful to a novice like me, making the process much easier. The quality of their production is top-notch. I had ordered several spares, but the quality of the tool they made for me is so impressive that I probably won’t need any spares. I’m thoroughly impressed with the entire process and their professionalism, especially for the price. Note: I had used a designer I found online to create my CAD file based on a sketch and measurements I provided, which I then sent to the service. As of this review, they don’t have their own designer yet but are planning to introduce one.
