Citizens has been there for my wife and I every single time we have needed them, and I couldn't be more grateful for their professionalism, quick response time, and compassionate help in our times of need. We had a rear bumper dented and fascia paint scraped by a car while we were parked. I filed the claim online and took my car to the Gerber shop I selected from the Citizen website. The quote took less than 15 minutes to complete (including a secondary quote for the same car). Once I understood the Citizen process, it seems very understandable and manageable. We've had Gerber do work on another one of our cars. The repairs are undetectable after 10 years and 90,000 miles.
