Outstanding service, you receive exactly what is quoted without any pressure to add unnecessary extras. We opted for the additional insurance during booking for just €30, totaling around £130 for a week. The vehicle was satisfactory, somewhat basic inside but equipped with everything we needed, such as electric windows, cruise control, a USB port, and air conditioning. It was very clean and more than adequate for our needs. I will certainly choose them again. PLEASE EXPAND TO MAINLAND SPAIN, YOU WILL BECOME VERY POPULAR.
The pricing was reasonable, but the vehicle pickup process at the airport was quite slow. There were only two staff members available, and the setup was confusing, causing uncertainty about where to queue. At one point, the representative paused for 15 minutes to discuss an unrelated form with a colleague. Oddly, once she returned, my process was completed in just two minutes, leaving me confused as to why that couldn't have been done earlier.
