I had some questions regarding the installation of the lift for my specific project. A representative returned my call promptly and addressed all my concerns, even providing a tour of the facility and a demonstration. I ordered the lift the same day, and it arrived within two days. Outstanding customer service!
The ordering process was smooth, and delivery was prompt. Unfortunately, the installation didn’t go as easily as anticipated. After finally getting it to work, we discovered there are limited operations before the motor overheats and needs a cooldown period.
A very good product! It does exactly what I needed as advertised. The reason for four stars is the instructions: they could be clearer, and using pictures instead of drawings would be more helpful. Additionally, the white text on a light gray background is hard to read.
