Concept is great execution is horrendous. Did first install today. Insructions dont make sense there is no continuity. Just straight up missing steps. Video is the same missing steps and info. If this product was $200 i would not buy for personal house. I dont mind the slow speed at all. Figured that was designed to achieve a good gear ratio. Not at all the electric motor started growling with less than 100 lbs on it and then the thermal relay shuts everything off. If it was a great working product i could forgive the abysmal directions. But no it just compounds the horrible components. On the bright side the parts with no electronics or motorized parts and good. The screws were great, loved the washers, struts are struttin. Extruded aluminum muahh.
Plywood noice. Even those lil grommets love em. Fix the motors and fix the control board and you have a working product. Fix the instructions and we will keep our sanity. Then come out with version 3.0 with all the little things you missed in the first design that just make sense and lifts repeatable and consistent.
I am extremely displeased. The installation process took significantly longer than expected due to the motor consistently overheating. It operates for a short time before halting because of this issue. When I reached out for assistance, I was informed that this is a common problem. Had I known this beforehand, I would have never made this purchase. I intended to use it frequently for holiday decorations, but it will take an eternity given its frequent interruptions.

My spouse and I are in our late 60s, and lifting items into the attic has become increasingly difficult, so we decided to purchase a lift. The quality of the lift is impressive. It came with mounting pieces, and setting up the controller was straightforward, although using it was a bit challenging for me. The representative from customer service was excellent and guided me through the process patiently. I still need to make some adjustments, but it's functional now.
I bought two lifts and additional accessories, totaling nearly $6000. Here are some crucial points for anyone thinking about this system: 1) Ensure there's an installer available in your area before buying. They claim to provide installers, but that's not guaranteed. In my case, there were none available, and when I contacted the company, they said they were working on it but offered to return the items at my expense. 2) The accessories arrived without installation instructions, and the colors didn’t match. 3) Both lifts were supposed to be identical, yet they had different control panels. Spending this much money should have guaranteed better consistency and customer service. Kudos to the representative for trying to assist me despite the limitations.
I would recommend avoiding this product. There are more affordable options available, and once installed, they present various issues that require constant maintenance. The sales representative seemed more focused on blaming the installers for these problems, despite numerous complaints from previous customers.
While our lift has served us well for years, we lost the remote. We ordered a replacement that arrived incorrectly, and although they promised to send the right one, it took nearly two weeks to receive it. Instead of being upfront about a backorder, they avoided our calls and delayed providing a tracking number. While the issue has been resolved, they really need to improve their customer service processes.
This lift seemed like a great idea, but unfortunately, it only operates for three minutes before the motor overheats and shuts off for 15 minutes. They have hidden specifications acknowledging this limitation. Professional installation is a must, as a novice will struggle to make the necessary adjustments. My experienced installer took four hours to get it working due to the overheating issue. I will incur substantial losses having to replace this lift with a more reliable option.
