Bi-fold doors to conservatory and Solidor Front Door. From visiting the company showroom to final fit day has been a fantastic process and customer experience. Every member of staff is very knowledgeable and the products are high quality. I have been so impressed that I am already booking further work. The installations have been impeccable and it’s been a joy having them in my home. They were all so respectful and professional and left everything spotless. A very highly recommended company
I’m am so very pleased with my new door. It is everything I’d hoped and more. Everyone I met during the process was extremely nice explaining everything and keeping me fully informed, making every effort to fit in with my requirements and overcome any difficulties. It was a bit more expensive than I’d planned but I’m glad I went with it as the door and their support has been worth every penny.
We are delighted with our energy efficient, secure, triple glazed windows and new doors recently installed by Optimus. Our old brown, leaded windows and doors were very tired and we now have a fresher, updated look! They are a local company and are very professional and competent from start to finish. Their products are very high quality and they have very experienced, competent installers (Chris, Jon and Bailey) who take care to achieve perfection. Chris was so helpful with the initial consultation with ideas and suggestions. The pre installation survey was very careful and detailed and surprisingly actually saved us some money, as it was decided they could install the upstairs windows without scaffolding! As we have a large property the project took nearly 2 weeks to complete but throughout they were always polite and considerate so that there was minimal disruption.We would recommend Optimus with complete confidence. Thank you to the team for a brilliant job!
We are extremely satisfied with Optimus Windows.We had 6 windows & a front door replaced with excellent attention to detail & every care was taken by Jon & Bailey to minimise any disruption. They even brought their own hoover!
