So I was asked to shed some more light on my issues with Avatrade. Now I was done out of pocket which I already accepted. Guess what they tell me? I wont repeat but one things for sure I will not use Avatrade at all. They dont have safety at top of mind probably why you cannot easily report fraud,you have to be a customer fully registered . If youre not tuff, fraud is just a known occurance to them it seems go report it to your law enforcement. Its actually sad. Maybe why fraudsters use their name to defraud people as they probably picked up on this(just a thought) And all I needed was to know to report fraud and to get in telephonic communication with them in South Africa.
A few days ago I used the contact us option on the Avatrade website as I could not see where to report fraud. I was defrauded by Avatrade employees or people posing as such and wanted to report it. I can now understand how this could be encouraged as Avatrade is not concerned about fraud. They have not responded. Tried to get in contact telephonically with their South African office - unsucessful. From the paperwork sent to me on Avetrade stationery they owe me over 88000 zar . Where do one check in order to get your invested money back at least?
This is how the service assists its clients. I have not been able to successfully withdraw my funds. The banks are still 'investigating,' as they claim. It's been a month, and they are blaming me for requesting my withdrawal to the card I originally used for the deposit. Instead, they processed it to a card or bank account that has been closed for a long time.
The support team is fantastic. They respond promptly to your inquiries as long as your requests are straightforward. I really appreciate their app and the feature that allows closing multiple trades simultaneously. The platform's analysis of win rates and profit rates is also impressive. I've received my payments quickly, which is wonderful.
Ho trasferito fondi ieri al servizio, ma i miei fondi sono trattenuti senza alcuna spiegazione. Non hanno accreditato i fondi sul mio conto di trading.
