Mia bullock was the insurance adjuster I would not recommend. If you get this agent I would ask for someone else. The answer she was giving me the was not correct. Allstate is the worst insurance company. They have been denying everybody’s claim ,when the other insurance companies are approving the claims. Do not I say do not go with this insurance company. You will regret it. The other new guy called Dimitri Mauricio knows nothing can’t even take pictures rt. Took almost 30 days to get the quote back. sorry
I had to do an auto claim with allstate, they low balled the estimate by more than half of what it's going to cost me to get it fixed, I took my truck to three different body shops to get estimates and took the estimates to allstate, now allstate is ghosting me and not responding to anything. Worst insurance company ever!! Im surprised they are still in business!!
If I could give Allstate Canada a review of ZERO I would. The customer service is a nightmare. They give you the runaround in hope that you will give up. All I wanted to do for two years is update my insurance policy to record that the new mortgage holder to Bank of Montreal. The hoops they make you go through are a nightmare. They repeatedly make you send them proof, then they can't find the proof. Then they make you verify your identity repeatedly because they make you speak with someone new each time. They are a JOKE.
While my vehicle was being repaired at the collision center, the insurance provider of the driver who hit me offered either a rental car or the option to use rideshare services, with a daily limit on the ride costs. I opted for rideshare twice to get to and from the shop when my vehicle was ready for pickup. As is customary in the service industry, I tipped the drivers. However, after submitting my receipts, I was informed that tipping is not covered. I expressed my concern, noting that tips are part of the service fee for rides. By choosing rideshare over a rental car, I saved the insurer a significant amount. If they refuse to reimburse the modest tipping fees, they risk losing a customer for life and facing negative feedback online. All this to save a mere seven dollars? Perhaps they should reconsider their motto.
The investigation concluded, yet they REFUSED to refund the return payment fee, even though they sent an additional payment after mine had cleared. This has been the WORST insurance company I've encountered in over 50 years of driving. Canceled… moving on to better and more affordable options.
While my vehicle was being repaired, the insurance company of the driver who hit me offered a rental car or Uber rides with a daily limit. I opted for Uber twice and tipped the drivers. After submitting my receipts, I was informed they don’t cover tips. I explained that tipping is standard in the service industry, and despite my saving them money, they refuse to reimburse the $7 in tips. If they don’t reconsider, they risk losing a lifelong customer and negative reviews across platforms. It seems they might need to rethink their motto.
If I could rate them negatively, I would. My experience with customer service has been the worst among any insurance provider in over 45 years. Reaching customer service means you can't find anyone in the country, and no supervisor has returned my calls in 8 months. I would never recommend this company; the experience has been indescribably frustrating.
The service was appalling! After being rear-ended by a customer of this company, I received no communication from them. I had to repeatedly reach out, leaving messages and emails with no response. Finally, when I did connect with an agent, I was told they weren't liable for the accident. I will ensure everyone knows about my experience.
I give them no stars. They seem to deceive and lie. I paid $300, and now they claim they didn’t receive it and want $500. Where is my $300? Are their employees stealing from customers, or is this a company accustomed to such behavior? I will report this dishonest company.
I lost my previous home due to medical issues and stored my belongings. After a theft, I was informed that they would only cover 10% of the loss because I wasn’t living in the storage unit. The replacement policy I signed doesn't even cover the cost of one item. I specifically asked if storage units were covered, and was assured they were, without any mention of needing to reside there.
