I like how the products are presented and how everything is very well explained. I trust AVEA products and the team behind it. I appreciate being part of the whatsapp group where I learn a lot.I have had some difficulties on the check out and I wish there would be an easier way of overlook of all my products and pending orders.
Placed my order on the 3rd of August and as of the 20th it still hasn’t arrived. Sixteen days for a small item between two highly connected countries in 2025 is ridiculous. On top of that, their customer support is basically a useless AI chatbot. It takes several days and repeated attempts just to reach a real person. Overall this feels less like a professional company and more like a scam hidden behind slick marketing.
