I ordered the teen period box, it was full of a bunch of tat. Quality was appalling, cheap and nasty. It’s a complete waste of money and a disappointing experience for my daughter and I. Do yourself a favour and collate your own goodies.
Was about to place an order but read these reviews and reminded me of years ago when it was nearly impossible to exchange sizes, the sizing was all off. Until they get their customer service in order, I might wait. Product did work though.
I ordered a swimsuit for my cruise with expedited shipping as I was not expecting to start my period when I did. The suit came the day I had left for my cruise. Upon my return a week later I requested to return the suit as I no longer need it. They state they shipped it timely and that I should file a claim with usps. There is no date on the shipping label as to when it shipped. I have replied that it should not be on the customer to fix the problem when it isn't my fault. I don't belive they will refund me, I will toss the unworn, packaged suit in the garbage with the 150 dollars I wasted on this company that I will never buy from again or even think of recommending. Shame on them.
Placed an order using the discount code they sent me. Code appeared to have processed after I hit the apply code button, however, I was charged the full amount, the code did not process. I called and emailed customer service and they claim they can’t honor the discount, because of how their system is set up. I then asked to cancel the order and was told that is not possible because it had already processed. This place is a total scam with HORRENDOUS customer service.
I placed an order September 20 2025 and still have not received the order. I have emailed several times and I have called every other day to just get a automated message saying the phones are busy and their answering service is full. There is no way to speak to an actual person. I'm beyond furious!
I placed an order and thought that I double checked the size I was ordering. The first 2 confirmation emails I got didn’t include what size I bought so I didn’t know what size I ordered. I stopped checking the emails because I assumed none of them would include the size. My package came and the swimsuit said xsmall on the packaging not the medium that I intended to order. Not sure if this was my error but looking back the later emails did say xsmall was ordered even though I’m positive I double checked before ordering. I sent three emails to customer service with no response. I tried calling the phone number 4 times and it kept saying the line was busy. I’m extremely frustrated especially since my order was not cheap. Wish I could give 0 stars. Update: I got a response from their email 8 days later that they can do an exchange. I received the correct size in the mail. Still nervous to order from them in the future.
I wish I could leave less than 1 star for the review. I briefly viewed an email that said 50% off. Thought great I’ll have a look at the site having previously purchased some togs 5 years ago. The pricing kept changing depending on which page I was on. I wasn’t sure if the 50% was on there. Also being international I wasn’t sure if the pricing was for my country or for US. I thought I would find out when I went to the checkout which I’ve done on many sites before. Not this site. I got to the checkout, I didn’t even get to confirm my order, cost, sizing or address and now I am being sent a delivery. The price I saw was US and given the conversion I could purchase them for less at an Australian site. There was no 50% off because apparently you needed to put in a code. And I have emailed the company twice straight after requesting the order to be cancelled and I heard nothing. I then get an email to say it’s been shipped. So I’ve emailed again and still no response. 4 emails to date and I’ve heard nothing from this company. Additionally the website has been down since just after this all started so I don’t even know if the company still exists (might explain the lack of response if it is no longer active)!!!After reading some of the other reviews I’m certainly not hopeful for a refund and even more worried I’ll be out of pocket for products that don’t even arrive. This has been an extremely stressful experience and I could not recommend this company to anyone.
It is a scam. Received a kit purchased for my daughter that was incomplete, and really really poor quality. Now impossible to contact the company or now to even load the website. Very expensive, feeling foolish for having purchased from this company. Beware.
I would put no stars if I could. I have waited one year for a refund for products I never received. I have emailed every month asking when I would receive my refund and have an automated reply with no real support. This company is a joke and I would not recommend them to anyone!
