I placed an order and have yet to receive anything. I emailed to ask about tracking, but have had no response. I want to cancel my order and request a refund as the items were quite expensive. I'm questioning the legitimacy of this company.

Terrible customer service experience

I ordered an item a month ago that was on preorder. Although the item is now in stock, it hasn't shipped, and I've received no updates. I've used the contact form and emailed support, but no one responds. I attempted to cancel the order, but the website won't allow it. I guess I have to dispute this with my credit card company. This whole experience has been very disappointing. Follow-up: I received a shipping notification after posting this review, but I’m still uncertain about their previous responses, which didn't make sense.
