I have ordered the squat suplort for over two weeks ago already. It was supposed to be delivered within 7 days. Theres no way kf commicating with them. Except for an email that is no longer working. I feel like it was kuay a scam theres probably no existing company called avoria they're just selling us dreams. They shut you down after any payment youve made. Its a scam
I recommend avoiding this company completely! I bought a tank top with a built-in bra, and while the delivery was a bit slow, it wasn’t overly delayed. Unfortunately, the tank was too small, and I wanted to exchange it for a larger size. I reached out to their customer support via email, with no response. After multiple emails, I even threatened to initiate a chargeback and report them to the relevant authorities. As of today, I still haven’t heard anything back. I can’t fathom how someone could have a positive experience, so my strong advice is to stay away from this company.
I managed to get a full refund (within 30 days) after some effort: I found the charge on my credit card, researched the company, and submitted my refund request via email and their contact form. They responded promptly with options for a partial refund or an exchange. I insisted on a full refund due to unacceptable quality and size, referencing their 'no hassle' return policy. I received my full refund on my credit card within a week. However, the return process is quite challenging and time-consuming, so buyers should be cautious. Also, their Medium size would fit a 12-year-old girl, and the material lacks hems, just being cut stretchy fabric. The 'bra' consists of a thin pad with minimal support, less than a sports bra. One would expect better quality for the price.
