It started off kinda Shakey because I completed an offer but it didn't show for some reason, which left me doubtful of the platform but customer service replied back fairly quickly and was able to resolve the issue and for that I'm giving them 5 stars. Not to mention that the offers pay out pretty decent which is more than I can say for most other ones

Great Customer Support

Did a Tiktok offer, took a few days, once I finished it, I wasn't able to receive the reward. HOWEVER, once I contacted their support team, they got back to my appeal pretty quickly, and I was able to receive my reward. Thank you!

Coinpayu said everything's clear on their end with my credits so I'm giving ayeT 5 stars. I had a problem with an app I was playing called Jackpot Friends that wasn't tracking my goals after the first few. I contacted customer support and they politely notified me a few hours later that I was missing a couple screenshots that they needed to verify who I was (it was my Player ID. Yes I'm dumb). I added a comment with additional screenshots a day later since I managed to hit another goal since submitting my ticket. 4 days later and ayeT sent me all the credits I was owed (including the goal I told them about in the additional comment). I got the $39 I was owed with no real hassle so I'm happy. My ticket was Request #606308 if customer support at ayeT sees this. Thanks again.

17 days no response for completed offer

Can you please reply to my emails? I have been 17 days waiting for ticket response after submitting all the proofs for an offer. At least, reply. Never had a problem with ayeT, but it is not professional ignoring mails since I have been more than 3 years completing offers in your site.
