I am absolutely thrilled with this service! Luggage was collected within the timeframe I chose. It was remarkably efficient; my luggage was picked up in New Zealand on the 8th, and by the 10th, it reached its destination in the USA. My baggage was in perfect condition upon arrival. Overall, a fantastic and speedy experience.

Our suitcases got there before us

I received my labels in the mail the next day, pickup was in Florida on Oct 27 and they were on time. Delivery was promised by Nov 3, or suitcase arrived Oct 29 in Paris, before our flight even landed
