This is probably the best customer service ive ever seen, my card declined since it was hacked before and stripe didnt allow it (thats on me) and they helped me use another payment method and that worked great. They provide help with the servers itself by stuff like installing server software like "ShreddedPaper" and optimizing the server. The host is also REALLY cheap and great for the price.

The hosting itself is nice! It's cheap and the performance is GOOD! The websites may be a bit laggy or a bit slow but the servers are not that quite lag! They prioritize performance and customers first! If your server dosen't have enough storage, they boost your storage! They also listen to their customer and listen to their suggestions to make the host better! Overall the performance are 5/5, websites are 4/5 for being a bit slow and customer support is a total 5/5!

Unstable and missing key legal documents

They frequently keep changing their name and their Discord server, saying they are discontinuing support on the old one and that everyone must join the new one. This happens often and gets quite annoying.They also don't have a Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), or Terms of Service (ToS). I would be careful and ask them what they do with your data; without these documents, the company practically has no contract with you and could technically ban you for no reason.They also take a really long time to respond to simple stuff.Overall, if you're looking for a long-term solution, I believe this is not the right place.

Pretty nice?The host is good, and also stable. Their panel is pretty nice, it looks nice but it also give some lag to my PC, but thats just because my PC is slow, overall its a good and decent hosting.
