Zero stars, complete scam. My mom tried to order a dollhouse for my daughter's birthday. She received an error message when she tried to purchase and no confirmation email. A few days later, two charges totaling almost $800 were posted on her bank account from "KIDDIEQUESTSHOPCOM." The next day it happened again with the same charges and same "store" name. We tried to call the number on the website and it is invalid. Luckily her bank is getting her money back, but she's on a fixed income and this really put a dent in her account. Stay away from this site at all cost. I will definitely be reporting them.

Beware of this fraudulent service

This is a fraudulent service. They charged my credit card and then made two extra charges exceeding $500. When I tried to call, the number was fake, just like the one on my charge. There needs to be a way to eliminate this site.

The website is fraudulent. I placed an order but never received the product. Additionally, they attempted to charge a large amount to my credit card. I strongly advise against using this site.

Ordered a baby carrier

I bought a baby carrier over the weekend and received a confirmation email. On Monday, I checked and the website said they had no record of my order. The phone number was invalid. I replied to my email to cancel the order and found many negative reviews online. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, which helped me avoid losing money.

Fraudulent company

I ordered a children's broom/mop set for $12.99, and they charged me for that, then three days later charged me $349 and tried to charge $320 and $57.60. Thankfully, my bank stopped those, but I'm still out the $349 and $12.99. Do not order from them.

Debit card compromised

I purchased a small $7.99 toy as a gift, and within 24 hours, over $600 in fraudulent charges appeared on my bank account from various sites. This was the only place I used my debit card recently. Fortunately, my bank caught the suspicious activity and canceled my card.

Fraud after placing an order

Fraud after placing an order for $13.00 for a kids' alarm clock. I received two denied transactions totaling $300 and another for $64. This is unacceptable.

Scam!

Zero stars if I could. I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. This is a scam! They collect your card info and try to charge multiple transactions. Thankfully, I locked my card after seeing the reviews, so I only lost what I thought I had ordered.

I placed an order and my card was hacked. So far, almost $1,800 has been charged to my credit card. I received a confirmation email, but the link to the order is invalid. Avoid this company at all costs.
