An absolutely brilliant service- we hired the Osprey Poco Baby Carrier which arrived in tiptop condition and v promptly - delivered and picked up door to door! Rates are reasonable and even though my request wasn't the easiest - our house is quite tricky to find and we placed an order last minute, then requested to extend - BabyEase made it super easy at every step. An exceptionally friendly, responsive and seamless service.

Babyease was absolutely fantastic from start to finish and genuinely went above and beyond for us. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process: they were responsive, clear, and incredibly helpful in offering different options, taking the time to guide us toward what worked best for our needs and our budget.When we had an unexpected flat tire at the very last minute and couldn’t make the agreed drop-off time, they were unbelievably flexible and kind, rearranging things and delivering the items without any stress or fuss. That level of understanding really made a difference during an already hectic moment.The quality of the items was outstanding. Everything was in excellent condition—spotlessly clean, well maintained, and clearly held to very high safety standards, which is the most important thing when it comes to baby equipment.I wouldn’t hesitate to use Babyease again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing cots, high chairs, or toys. A truly reliable, thoughtful, and professional service.
BabyEase were absolutely fantastic. We were looking for something to help our 3 year old sleep on a long haul flight. When I rang up they gave me great advice then hired me the latest Plane Pal at a very reasonable price. Pick up and drop off was super easy too. And so nice to support a family company who really get what travelling with toddlers is really like!
I was recommended BabyEase by a friend and they helped me out when another business let me down very last minute. Amazing customer service and great to try the new Joolz Aer2 out - our little boy loved it! Easy to use, comfortable and perfect for naps on the go! Would recommend BabyEase to anyone and will definitely be using again when I need to rent baby equipment!
They were very attentive and responsive, and essentially handled all the coordinating with our hotel — the set up was ahead of our arrival off and redeye, their reliability was so amazing for me and my wife. Cannot recommend them enough!
Excellent customer service!We were let down last minute by another rental company and BabyEase were amazing, responded quickly and were very helpful, they even upgraded the stroller I'd origonally selected. Couldnt recommened them highly enough, we will 100% use again.
My mom & I traveled to Scotland for a mother/daughter trip with my 9 month old son. We rented the osprey poco child carrier. It was waiting for us outside the door of our rental apartment when we arrived and came with an extra bag to re-package it for return. The carrier was absolutely wonderful. It was in great shape and very easy to use. I carried my son in it for hiking Arthur’s seat, touring castles, and walking around Swanston Farms. The owners were incredibly friendly when I called to ask a few questions about how to return the item. If ever in the UK again, I would absolutely rent from them!
The service was very convenient and the item arrived in good time (posting it back was also very simple!). Customer service was also very helpful and took immediate action when I asked a query. If we travel, we will definitely be using babyease again.
