I had an issue with the customer support. After trying on a pair of hiking shoes straight out of the box that turned out to be too small, I thought I could return them for a larger size. However, they were classified as a used product and not eligible for return. Perhaps I was overly optimistic in my expectations. I won't be returning to this service.
I ordered some trainers as a Christmas gift, and they were sent via a tracked delivery service. However, after almost two weeks, they still hadn’t arrived. The address provided was missing my house name, only listing the road, town, and postcode. The seller overlooked this when shipping. When I reached out to them, they refused to issue a refund until the trainers were returned. The tracking indicated they were still at the sorting office. I contacted the delivery service, and they confirmed the parcel hadn’t been sent back because the seller didn’t include their full address on the package. Now, 22 days later, the package remains at the sorting office, and the seller has yet to refund me. Very poor customer service—buyer beware. I would not recommend.

Caution: I placed an order for nearly £200, but the company failed to deliver anything. Throughout our communication, they refused to take any action and tried to keep the money. This led to a dispute with trading standards to address their poor practices.
