Back2Work have been the most supportive and helpful company I've ever come across. Sometimes, like with the Job Centre for example you get the impression that it's just a tick box exercise and they don't really care about unemployed people. David Carp who was our trainer on the course, nothing is too much trouble for him, he has been an exceptional and inspirational leader for a huge group (60+), he has kept us all together, got us all to speak and 95% of the group have got a job on the back of doing this course. The support after the course is ongoing for 3 months, so if it doesn't work out with the employer you went for, they are always on hand to lift you up and find another company who are looking for staff.
The training course was well-structured, covering essential topics. The tutor was knowledgeable, patient, and engaging, always willing to answer questions and provide real-world examples that made the content relatable and easier to understand. By the end of the course, I felt well-prepared to work in a contact centre environment, with a solid foundation in both technical skills and customer service principles. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to start or enhance their career in the contact centre industry.

I have just completed my 3-in-1 intense Digital Contact Centre Level1/ Cybersecurity Level1/ Digital and IT Skills Level2 course. I appreciate all the support and hard work my tutor David put through to help me during the course. He has been awesome. I also appreciate the help I have gotten from my classmates. First, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Michael Chapman, who enrolled me in this course and Mr. David Carp, my Tutor, who was incredibly supportive throughout the entire program. The Digital Contact Centre, Cyber Security, and Digital and IT Skills courses helped me gain valuable knowledge and experience. It not only improved my technical understanding but also boosted my confidence in communication and answering interview questions. I truly believe this training has helped many people secure employment, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to study, grow their skills, and open up new career opportunities.
Overall my Experience was positive. What made this Course for me enjoyable was the Energy and Expertise of the tutor, the Tutor bought a lively and engaging approach to each Session, making the Content understandable and easy to follow. The Company managed Group Learning of a Large Group. It is clear the Company employs Quality Tutors who are both Skilled and Approachable. My only Concern is regarding the Guaranteed Interview that was promised upon Course Completion. Unfortunately, there has been no Communication or Follow-Up about this, which was a Key-Factor in my decision to enroll. I hope the Company can address this issue as I am disappointed.
