I completed the Level 3 course in Data through B2W Complete Training, and it was an incredibly rewarding experience. The course gave me solid hands-on skills in data analysis and improved my digital confidence.this program helped me bridge into the UK job market and feel well-prepared for roles in IT. I’m now actively looking for interviews and opportunities—ready to apply everything I’ve learned.
For 21 days of full-time, intense study, there was a lot of topics to cover. So much so, that 21 days is not enough time to have a teaching platform feel like its 'teaching', not just redirecting students to the internet. The tutor did an amazing job considering the limitations, but the depth and reasoning needed for a course like this is lacking. I appreciate the course and its accessibility for those trying the 'skill-up' for work, but the rushed nature and chaotic teaching method cause more friction than necessary. Still, I am grateful for the course, the tutor and the other students, but the course needs 'refinement' to leave students confident when they finish.
The course was fast paced because there was a lot of material to cover in the time available. Mostly I felt that it was covered in sufficient depth but it did seen a bit shallow in a few areas. My tutor Shamim Khan was very good. A negative comment that I will make is that a couple of days into the course the management made the decision to forbid tutors to share recordings of each day. This meant that those of us who had to attend appointments during the course could not catch up with what had been covered while we were away. I do not blame my tutor for that but I feel that it was a poorly thought out decision by the management that did not take student's need into account. This is why I have given the course a 4 star rating instead of 5.
Finding and completing a Level 3 course with B2W has allowed me to develop a strong baseline to keep growing my knowledge in cybersecurity. Thanks to the help of our tutor it's been easy to overcome any challenges, allowing me to develop new skills that will be key to construct a career into this environment. Amazing course
The course was very well-structured and clearly delivered, making it an effective learning experience. It helped me achieve my goals. The challenges were appropriate for a Level 3 qualification. The course provided in-depth knowledge, practical applications, and real-world insights into cybersecurity, ensuring a strong understanding beyond just basic concepts.
I have completed a Level 2 and a Level 3 course with B2W group. Every time the tutors have been amazing and supportive, and also offered an amazingly enriching environment in which I could grow and learn. The knowledge they teach through these courses and projects you do is invaluable and I would not be as knowledgeable as I am now without it
I completed the course and then before Christmas 2024 I had applied for and had accepted a job that was to start in the New Year. Then was told that in January that the role I was offered did not exist anymore and they would find me another for which I am still waiting. Periodically, I will receive emails and texts asking if I am still looking for work and if they can help or if I would be happy to receive a call from them. They never respond to any of my replies. In my experience this has been a complete waste time and I wish I had never started the course in the first place. This is only my own singular, personal experience I'm sure other participants have been treated better.
I enrolled in courses with Back 2 Work Group with the understanding that upon completion, I would be assigned to an employer and contacted with job opportunities within a week. Unfortunately, that’s not how things turned out.After nearly two weeks with no communication, I took the initiative to follow up myself, only to be told that I hadn’t been assigned to any employer yet. I was then told that someone would be in touch with me ASAP. Eventually, I received one job offer and was told the employer would contact me directly — but no one ever did.I ended up finding a job on my own, which unfortunately didn’t work out. When I reached out again for the support that was promised at the start of the program, all I received was a generic link to their website — not the personalized help or job matching that had been advertised.Overall, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. The support I expected simply wasn’t there when I needed it most.
