Simply outstanding. The team that collected my bags was incredibly friendly. This service was smooth and effortless. I was considering a competitor that required me to drop off my bags, but this service came to me! It was a bit pricier than the drop-off option, but the convenience and level of service made it worth it. I was initially worried about handing my bags to a stranger, but the tagging and securing process, along with timely delivery, left me very satisfied to give them a top rating. Great service provided

The service offered in Dubai was excellent. The handlers were very courteous and professional. I needed to change the delivery location, which wasn't easy, but the handler arrived early for both pick up and drop off. I've shared this service with my travel groups and will definitely use it again.
