Avoid this service under any circumstances. My relative paid fully upfront for new carpets and vinyl, but the job was left incomplete with untrimmed carpets creating multiple tripping hazards. Vinyl was laid over damaged flooring, which was only noticed later. After two months of trying to get the team back to finish, they have ignored all contact attempts.
