Unfortunately they use DPD as their wheels for delivery, who I have experienced before with their ineptitude for customer service.Advised delivery today with a one hour slot, no door bell ringing, so need a door camera. No notification of one hour slot, so rang Baked to Taste, to chase , DPD had advised a problem, with a delivery tomorrow, but the customer ME uninformed.Says it all for DPD , would not use Baked for Taste again using these carrriers Meanwhile my order is sat in the back of a truck
Our first purchase was a mixed selection to give all the products a fair go - pasties, brownies, vegan rolls, mini quiche, sausage rolls, ready-to-roll pastry, batter mix for pancakes and tempura. I can tell you that it has all been fantastic (the chicken and chorizo pasty being a big hit), and I will be placing a restock order shortly. Thank you for making GF food gorgeous ❤️❤️
Speedy delivery of lovely gluten free bakes.I found their bead cobs (rolls to those not Nottinghamshire born!) the nearest I’ve had to my mum’s bread from my childhood!My daughter (she’s not coeliac) has enjoyed the quiche’s & carrot cakes with me, & my husband really enjoyed the rich fruit cake. Will be buying again once my waistline allows me to!Thoroughly recommend
Recently had an order of Baked to Taste products, absolutely awesome. Delivery and communication excellent. Product quality 10/10.I hope they can make some of their gluten free products, dairy free as most coeliacs tend to be lactose intolerant. I would certainly buy the ones I’m unable to have due to containing dairy, lactose. All things said they produce top quality products and I always buy the ones I can have. Very good range of good quality products - well packed and delivered. Excellent personal customer service - we hope this can be retained as the company grows.In comparison with e.g. Pieminister, the sizes are smaller - however the content is plentiful and of very good quality, no skimping. The products aren't all pastry, which is good for the waistline. The advertisements and photographs are honest and reliable, so that performance matches promise. Obviously, pastry varies with content, being dryer in some cases than in others, but tastes vary also, so try them and find out which you want to buy again!
