Have been using Kenco decaff coffee for years, but in the last few months they have changed the recipe !
Its awful, very bland and tasteless, obviously cheapened the brand, and looking at all the other negative comments it appears that I am correct, will not be using them anymore

Drastic decline in quality

Kenco 3 in 1 used to be my go-to instant coffee for years at work. Unfortunately, something has significantly changed. The latest batch I purchased is terrible. It barely resembles coffee—it's bland and watery, making it undrinkable. I feel like I've wasted my money, having bought several boxes without realizing the quality had declined. It doesn't even deserve a single star.

What happened to the Latte Sachets?

What has happened to the Latte Sachets? I've been enjoying them for years, but with the new rebranding, the flavor has changed. It’s no longer creamy and now has an unpleasant aftertaste. I used to look forward to my morning latte, but now I can only think of how disappointing it is.

The new 3-in-1 is disappointing

The new 3-in-1 is really disappointing! The taste is almost nonexistent unless I fill a third of the cup, and even then, it’s just a faint, watery flavor. I have to add a bit of milk, which cools it down. I've switched to another brand now unless you revert to the old formula. I would have rated it zero if possible. It seems like the new brand isn’t selling well since the shelves are always stocked, unlike before.

Disappointing coffee experience

I'm truly let down; this coffee used to be a favorite, but my last purchase was terrible. Whatever change was made has ruined the flavor. It’s now bitter, and I wonder why the taste was altered without informing customers. Whoever made that decision should reconsider their role, as it has only driven away loyal customers. I'm really disappointed.

Feeling deceived

In my opinion, this product feels fake as it contains only 15% coffee beans and 85% instant coffee. I won't be purchasing it again. I feel as though I've been misled.

Weak latte sachets

Terrible decaf experience

The decaf version has become awful. It doesn't dissolve properly; some of it floats on top while the rest sinks to the bottom. The last three tins have all been the same. I tried to report this issue, but couldn't find contact details on the tin. I found an email online, but it bounced back. I've been a fan of this coffee since the 1980s, but I won't buy it anymore.

Disappointing change

I've been a fan for many years and was shocked by the new batch. These 3-in-1 sachets used to be my favorite, but now they taste much weaker and unpleasant. If this is how they will taste from now on, I won't be buying them again. I plan to discard what I have bought; it's such a waste of money. I hope changes are made based on these reviews, or you may lose loyal customers.
