Review Time
I encountered some issues with the products due to an allergic reaction and reached out to the support team for assistance. Initially, I received a few automated responses that didn’t help much, but I continued to seek help. Eventually, a representative addressed my concerns and connected me with an aesthetician. I have been collaborating with her, and she provided me with several products to test, including one I had previously used from another provider—at no cost! Thanks to her support, I'm seeing significant improvements.
I've been using these products for a while now, about 8 months. I cannot say enough good things. I had seborrheic dermatitis and rosacea and my dermatologist gave me a prescription for it. It worked but only if I used it all the time. Ugh. I hate that.Well, ever since I have started to use these products I've had neither show up on my face. Well, the rosacea can show up some but it's dramatically better and usually rosacea is an autoimmune response. Anyway, I have never liked skin care products. Quite honestly I never even used them to wash my face. Which for a 49 year old woman is probably gross but I just used soap when I showered. Well now I'm excited to do my facial routine. I've got one after 49 years of doing nothing just because of these great products and how great they make my skin feel and look!
I am a long time customer, since the early days. I have absolutely loved the products that I have purchased and it is that reason the star rating isn't lower. My most recent purchase is after the new packaging and formula upgrade. I received my products all just fine except for 2. The apple cider toners, I had to order 2 of the 4oz size because the larger economy size was sold out. No biggie there. The biggie is that I pulled them both out (as well as all the other products) and upon first inspection, I can see that the toners are kind of low, and one moreso than the other. I immediately got on the email horn to talk to their customer service, which had been fabulous in the past. They really seemed to care deeply about the customer back then. It is why I immediately emailed, I thought they would still care for me the same way. First, I got a response asking if there was any leakage. I responded with photos confirming no leaks at all. The customer service is an AI chatbot at this point and says if there are no signs of leakage, then everything is as it should be and, basically, good day. This is definitely a production error. They proceeded to try to tell me this is normal based on their small batch processes and the inconsistencies found in nature. I find that absolutely to be bologna. You have humans working to fill these bottles, they should be filled to a standard and not below, and there should be quality control watching out for this kind of thing. Eventually, I was asked for a lot number, but I am not sure providing that info, that they should already have, will make any difference. They also offered to exchange but said the products may come the same. I find these responses problematic, and just a huge departure from previous experiences with their customer service. What is happening, folks?
I love the products! I wasn’t very keen on the smell of the products as they have a very earthy smell, but it has grown on me. It’s not so bad now. I can tell a huge difference when I don’t use these products on a consistent basis. After using Bambu Earth’s products, my skin is so smooth, less blemishes & breakouts, and very moisturized. Works really well with my makeup application as well. Can tell a huge difference when I don’t use Bambu Earth’s products. Love love love this company & their products.
The absolute best products. Very clean I can tell the founder has a wealth of knowledge in the repairing and nourishing of the skin and soul with real whole ingredients. Always feel like I am putting on really great high-end products on my skin and in turn feel very empowering. Every product smells and feels like a spa like experience. Highly recommended to any age, if you want to have better skin and support your skin for the best get these products now!!
I ordered one item - a new cleansing oil - and it did not work as advertised. Just awful!I tried to log into my (new) account and it would not go past the login page.I emailed twice with TERRIBLE response!!I have received NO RESPONSE FOR DAYS, NOW!!!I finally logged into using the Shop app to return the item and HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE TO GET THE RETURN AUTHORIZED!!!There is NO LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!I might have to call my credit card company!!This is NOT how to run a business!!!
I liked the result of products but I have asthma and they had too much smell for me. I sent an email to return them and asked for a refund. They immediately sent a refund. Very good customer service. I liked the cactus moisturizer the best. It didn't have as much smell.
I have been using Baboo Earth for more than a year ... I am 59 years old and this is the best my skin has ever felt and look...it was recommended to me by a friend who I had not seen in a while and I thought she had a facelift only to find out she was using Bambu Earth ...we are both still using the product.
