They promptly addressed my service inquiry regarding an intermittent starting issue with my grinder within hours. Provided a straightforward testing guide to help diagnose the issue. After I submitted the testing results, they shipped a replacement motor within a few days, including clear installation instructions via a link. This all took place during the 2025 Christmas to New Year's Holidays. I'm back to grinding again within 10 days of my initial contact. Excellent service!

When I described the issue, customer service knew exactly what part I needed. The part was sent out, I followed instructions sent by the rep and my grinder is completely repaired and working great.

The videos were helpful, but the project is not finished. I still don’t have a functional grinder.

I got the broken part after about two weeks. The videos were quite helpful in putting it back together. However, the machine is still not grinding coffee. My next plan is to take it apart again and check the paddles and the channel. I’m tempted to send this machine back For repairs.
