Brian and Steve have been nothing short of outstanding! Even being in different time zones the response time is super quick and they have been able to help advise on questions about dog parks while getting ours up and running. Not to mention the gracious flexibility they have given with us test running as a pop-up in a temporary space before expanding and building out our permanent dog park.
We’re considering building an on-site, private dog park at our high-end vacation rentals. This is not a small investment and BarkPass has been incredibly generous with their time & consultation. They’ve shared advice & recommendations with potential construction vendors (access control) as well as membership sales tips such as offering day passes (for our short-term guests) and recurring membership for the local community who might want to participate.
