I sent for a trial last year & they liked it so I ordered more. My poodle then decided he didn’t like the brown rice as it was always left at the bottom of the bowl. My girl loves it & because she has pancreatitis, they advised which were the best menus for her. Result. She’s actually lost weight due to needing the low-fat diet. The salmon meal doesn’t have brown rice so I’m going to order some more of that one for the poodle because he did like that one. I phoned them yesterday and spoke to Rachel who was an absolute star, advising me on the fat contents for the girl and any meals without brown rice. It’s convenient because you keep it in the cupboard instead of the freezer and it’s easy to mix. It’s the best to take when travelling in the campervan. I’d recommend this to anyone. Just try a trial pack and you’ll be surprised and most likely converted to it.
What a great company. I started my dog on this food as he’d developed kidney disease and couldn’t have his normal dog food. We’d tried all sorts and he wasn’t eating and was losing weight. He LOVES this food (renal selection). I had to speak to their nutritionist and we were able to change his plan easily and hassle free. Pure literally saved my dogs life as he was starving himself and was so so thin, we were considering saying goodbye. He’s now looking for food and gobbling it down, clearing his bowl
Delivery is always on time , with reminders it is on its way so I know exactly when to expect it.
My dog happily eats it and his coat is amazing!
Bosco has renal food for his kidneys and the vet was more than happy with his last blood test results.

My only criticism would be more flavours for renal diet please!
I tried other dog food for Honey as she was getting very picky on Pure, but nothing seemed to agree with her. We have since returned to Pure, Honey trying samples of different flavours and enjoying one flavour in particular. She is now back to enjoying her food with the new addition of toppers and her stomach is again settled.
We started using Pure Pet Food about 6 months ago. We have a fussy eater German Shepherd, who also has a delicate tummy. This food has been such a game changer , Harvey's tummy problems have disappeared and his coat is so glossy now.
The food itself is so easy to make and I love the fact you can change the order dates and flavours at a touch of a button. The customer service is excellent, very easy to speak to someone if you have any issues. I would 100% recommend. I would never go back to any other pet food.

We chose Pure for our rescued dog because he had dietary needs. He's recovered but loves their food so much we haven't changed brands. Everyone I have ever dealt with at Pure is helpful, knowledgeable, can't do enough for us and we will continue to feed Roco the best! Thank you Pure.
Nora Batty has been using Pure for at least three years now. We previously fed her a frozen food brand, which she enjoyed, but it simply wasn’t practical. It took up far too much freezer space and, because Nora B comes away with us so often, transporting it became a hassle. As she’s a small dog, a raw diet wasn’t ideal either, awkward to portion into tiny amounts and still a storage nightmare.
Switching to Pure was incredibly easy. We feed her turkey at night and rotate the other flavours in the morning, alongside Wolfworthy for a bit of crunch and variety. Everything goes on a Likkimat; otherwise she just inhales her food! She genuinely loves every flavour.
Pure has been a game-changer for us. It’s simple to store, prepare, and take on our travels, and it’s surprisingly cost-effective. Most importantly, Nora Batty thrives on it, happy, healthy, and always excited for her next meal.
We are extremely happy with the service we are receiving Gracie is very happy with her diet and gets really excited when it's breakfast and dinner time. There was a problem this month with the delivery, the courier informed on the day it was expected that the package had been damaged and would not be delivered. The guy I spoke to at Pure was amazing reassuring me Gracie parcel would arrive the next day freebof charge for the months supply. We also discussed alternative courier for future delivery's. I cannot state how happy both Gracie and I am with the excellent service and the quality of the PURE food.
I've had trouble with deliveries within a couple of minutes raising my concerns, I received an email saying we have reviewed this problem & have organised a replacement with a different delivery company & a discount on my next order.
The food is great and my dog loves it, the only thing is as my dog is a growing puppy, I’m having to predict her weight at the end of the month to make sure I don’t run out before my next delivery. If there was something Pure could do when the dogs are puppies to help with this that would be great.
