My daughter has grown in confidence since doing Barracudas summer club at Maidstone. The staff go above and beyond the call of duty.Especially the customer service team as I started a new job and when my disabilities fail me, I knew I call the team up and say I’m so sorry I can’t get my girl to club today they made sure their was space for another day. Thank you so much for helping our family
From the initial booking to the days my son spent at Barracuda Winchester I could not be happier.My son has been to many holiday camps and this is by far the best.Great organisation, staff, safety and security, customer service, website, sons experience.Every day he was so happy to go and even happier when we picked him up."Mummy don't come any earlier than 5.30 as I don't want to miss anything" What more can I say.
Today's first impression- this was my daughters first session and sadly I felt the welcome and instructions once on site were very poor. Considering some children may be feeling anxious or just nervous for "first time" events, I felt that the welcome could have been better. Im hoping she has a good day but so far feel very disappointed.
The activities offered to the children are varied and fun. No two days seem the same. My child really enjoys going there for the school holidays. The staff I have seen working with him seem well trained, kind, helpful, and attentive. He is always keen to attend and has come out of his shell more since doing so.
My 7-year-old daughter had a fantastic time at Barracudas Summer Camp. Every day she came home excited to tell me about the fun activities, the friends she made, and all the new things she got to try.As a single parent, flexibility is really important to me, and Barracudas made things so much easier with their clear communication and well-organised structure. I always felt reassured knowing my daughter was in safe hands.What impressed me most was how caring and attentive the staff were. At one point my daughter had a situation where she was being bullied, and the team handled it so well - quickly, professionally, and with great care. They made sure my daughter felt safe and supported, and they kept me fully informed. That level of attention means the world to me as a parent.I’m so grateful to the whole team for creating such a fun, safe, and nurturing environment. My daughter is already asking when she can go back, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Barracudas to other parents.
